As our items are handmade by ourselves we do not hold a lot of stock. We aim to send out all orders within 7 days of receipt, however sometimes during busy periods it can be longer. Our throws are always made to order, so please allow up to 28 days. Usually you will have them well within this time.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us unworn with the tags still on within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
HOW TO PAYAll transactions are in pounds sterling. We accept online payment through Paypal.

CURRENCY AND PRICINGAll prices shown on this website are quoted in pounds sterling. All UK and European orders include VAT at 20%. If your order is being dispatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT. When you are at your shopping basket page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT.
UK DELIVERYWe use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, larger shipments will be sent by UPS. The cost is £4.95 regardless of order value or weight.
Providing your items are in stock we will dispatch your order to you within 5 working days, if items are out of stock we will aim to ship them within 14 days (except for the throws which can take up to 28 days as they are made to order).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYOn the website we offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. If you don't find your country on the list please email us at email@example.com
All international deliveries are sent via Air Mail. The delivery charge within Europe is £7.95 per order and £10.95 per order for the rest of the world. Interationally we also offer a signed-for service at £17.95, please note this service is offered for security and not speed - express delivery is stock dependent so not guaranteed.
Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt.

The final price quoted on the payments page after you have filled your basket and specified your location is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination.
DUTY AND CUSTOMSIf your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
RETURNSIt is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify Katie Mawson by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days if the goods are damaged or faulty. If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods must be returned to Katie Mawson within 14 days of delivery. You shall be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if the goods are in fact defective.
If you wish to return perfect goods for a refund, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, and must be adequately insured for the return journey. You are eligible for a full refund less the outbound and return shipping and packing charges once we have received and inspected the goods. All returned goods must clearly show the original order number and details.
PROOF OF POSTINGFor your own protection, you are advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will help you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
